- How much does a company picnic cost?
- There area many variables at work. First, our services include the three components that make-up a traditional company picnic. That is, Entertainment, Catering, and Logistics. Some of our customers need all three components and others might need entertainment or catering only. In most cases, the range is anywhere from $10.00 per head to $25.00 per head.
- How many people can you accommodate?
- Our events range in size from 100 attendees to our largest event which is over 15,000 attendees. Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies. Reference lists and referral letters are available.
- What is your coverage area?
- We are a national corporate events company that covers the entire continental United States.
- Where would you hold our event?
- We can deliver our service to any location. We can turn a normal looking grassy field into a festive and colorful event site. Our events are designed to be delivered at your company site, a local park, or local fairgrounds. Part of our service includes helping you find a suitable location to hold your event.
- How long should the picnic last?
- Most picnics last 3-4 hours. Most attendees will stay at the picnic for a 1 ½ to 2 hours. The only exception is when your company is a 24 hour operation and you are trying to accommodate shift changes to insure all employees have the opportunity to attend the picnic.
